Have your say on Freedom of Information
* fields marked with an asterisk are required
The government has set up a commission to look into making changes to the Freedom of Information Act. Once you click “Next”, you’ll be taken through eight questions. Your answers will be sent to the commission so that they know what you think.
The survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. If you want to, you can skip a question by clicking the “Next” button. All your answers will be saved.
On each page, you'll see a plain English explanation of the question in bold, and the question as it is worded in the government's consultation in smaller text. There are two additional questions at the beginning so you have a chance to say why you think Freedom of Information is important in general. You'll get a copy of your responses emailed to you at the end.
. By submitting to the government's consultation, you are agreeing that information you send may be published in full or in a summary of responses.
