To Amber Rudd MP, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions
Why is this important?
Universal Credit is still causing hardship and pain across the UK.
Right now, families across the country are being forced into food banks and onto the streets by a system that is meant to help those struggling to get by.
This has gone too far. The roll out of Universal Credit must be paused until the system is fixed and makes sure that:
- No one falls through the cracks when transitioning onto the new system
- No one is left worse off by moving onto Universal Credit
- No one is left waiting for weeks before receiving the money they need to survive
- Sanctions, all of which are proven not to work, are scrapped
Will you chip in?
Thank you for calling on Amber Rudd to fix Universal Credit now. Will you chip in to make sure we can move fast to win the campaigns that matter to all of us? You can make a secure donation here:
