Urgently commit to doing more for all healthcare staff
Once again our incredible NHS and social care workers are battling massive numbers of Covid cases.
They need more than warm words and applause, they need action to keep them safe, and to be properly rewarded for the unprecedented battle they are fighting right now

- Ensure all frontline NHS and social care workers are vaccinated by mid-February, keeping the promise made to them by the Prime Minister
- Give all NHS and social care workers access to more advanced FFP3 masks that reduce the risk of them becoming infected, a request healthcare professionals have made
- Recognise their hard work and sacrifice in pay with a significant Covid Bonus - that makes its way to these workers now. Planned pay rise talks will continue later this year, but urgent action needs taking now in addition.
