Change the rules so big companies that make millions in profit can't use the creative industry tax relief plan to get away with paying nothing in corporation tax

Why is this important?

Rockstar North, makers of Grand Theft Auto V - one of the biggest selling video games of all time - benefited from £38 million in tax relief last year. Which means that although they make huge profits, they effectively haven't paid anything in tax for the last ten years. A report on this is here.

It's because they benefit from a scheme that offers tax relief to creative industries that are just getting started. But Rockstar North, and their US based parent company, are making millions. They're using this scheme to get out of paying taxes that could be used to help fund vital public services like our NHS.
