Give our NHS the £1bn it needs to get through the winter - and tackle the second wave of COVID-19, the flu season, and a backlog in operations.

Why is this important?

At the start of the pandemic, the government said it would give our NHS whatever it needs to fight Covid-19. Now hospitals, doctors and top NHS bosses are calling on the government for an extra £1bn in emergency funding to help fight COVID-19, the flu season, and a backlog of operations this winter.

Chancellor Rishi Sunak is working on the government's emergency funding plan. He has the power to get the NHS the money it needs to be properly equipped to care for all of us in the coming months.
