Why is this important?
Amber Rudd, the Home Secretary, has just announced plans to force companies to publish details of their foreign workers.
38 Degrees members believe that our multicultural and diverse workforce gives uss strength. And that the Home Secretary's plans pose a threat to communities across the country.
The proposal is already coming under fire from MPs and business leaders. A huge petition, backed by hundreds of thousands of us, could make her roll back the plan before it becomes a reality.
