With COP26 looming, now is the time to take urgent action that meets the scale of the climate crisis we’re facing. That means:

Stopping the pursuit of climate-wrecking policies;

Investing in clean energy and green jobs;

Showing true climate leadership at home and abroad.

Why is this important?

We’re living through a climate emergency. Pollution is being pumped into the air we breathe at such a rapid rate that it’s causing our world to heat to dangerous levels. And we’re already seeing the effects of this with more frequent extreme weather events, like flooding and droughts, wildlife struggling for survival and millions of people being pushed into poverty.

The UK is hosting one of the largest environmental events for world leaders later this year. So, will you tell Boris Johnson to protect our natural world for us and future generations by adding your name to the petition?
