Don’t make any exceptions - keep the ban on bee-killing pesticides in place across the UK.
Why is this important?
Bees are in danger again. The government could give the go-ahead to seeds treated with bee-killing pesticides being planted next spring. All despite a ban on these dangerous pesticides - called neonicotinoids- which destroy bees’ central nervous system and can be lethal. The decision will be made in a matter of weeks. France has already lifted the ban on these dangerous chemicals; we cannot allow our government to follow suit. We have just enough time to prove to the government that we expect them to protect our bees - and keep the ban in place, no exceptions.
Bees play a critical role in our environment, pollinating 75% of the world’s crops. Without them, we would be in deep trouble. Will you add your name now to keep the ban on these dangerous pesticides and protect our bees?
