To Elizabeth Truss
Why is this important?
Our bees are in danger and strong evidence points to particular pesticides - called neonicotinoids - being to blame for killing them. They're currently banned across Europe - but powerful lobbyists are putting together plans to get the UK ban on bee killing pesticides lifted.
Last year pesticide companies persuaded Environment Minister Liz Truss to let them use neonicotinoids in certain fields across the UK. Let's make sure that doesn't happen again this year!
